Marco Zatta, CEO
 
 

Marco is the CEO of iCOMP, and has spent his 18 year career in the finance and planning arena.

Marco worked for many years in the Corporate Finance area of major local and international corporations such as CSC Financial Services, Energy, Australia, Data General and Collex , where he built financial consolidation, management & statutory reporting systems where his primary responsibilties have always been the implementation of analytical, modelling and reporting solutions.

In starting iCOMP, Marco hopes to realize a long-held vision of creating a company specifically structured to avoid the short-term pressures so prevalent on many companies today. Planning the growth of the company to be steady, sustainable and funded by retained earnings, Marco expects the vision and tenets of the company to hit a resonant chord with iCOMP's prospective clients.

 
     
 
Alan Stoops, Director of Sales and Marketing
 
 

Alan Stoops brings over 24 years of professional experience to his role as iCOMP's Director of Sales and Marketing.

Having held a number of senior management, sales and technical roles over that time with such organisations as WYSE Terminals, The Great Escape Computer Company, Hewlett Packard, Veritas Software and the Digital Equipment Corporation his track record is impressive demonstrating dramatic business growth, through the development of teams and major sales wins to his credit.

Alan is a leader whose infectious enthusiasm and ability to coach and then empower, develops significant leverage of his efforts through his people. His ability to discover other angles to explore (especially when the challenge is daunting), has created opportunities from nothing – through product development, revised packaging or even a new sales and marketing approach.

 
     
 
Greg Andrew, Senior Consultant
 
 

Greg has considerable hands-on experience in evaluation of business requirements with over twenty five years of experience in senior positions with leading multi-national companies. For the last eleven years Greg has put that practical experience to good use in designing business systems, planning and implementing solutions, managing project teams, and providing training and education both through public training courses and in-house training courses specifically targeted to client needs. Greg is focused on helping companies achieve their potential from their existing business systems. During the last eight years, Greg has specialised in TM1 - a leading OLAP software solution designed to meet complex business needs.

Greg's business and consulting experience covers a wide range of industries including Utilities, Government, Local Government, Health and Pharmaceuticals, Insurance, Retail, Banking and Finance, Mining and Construction, Media, Retail, Gaming and Leisure, and Community organizations. This experience has been gained both in Australia and overseas.

Greg is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a degree in Economics from Sydney University. He also has qualifications as a Chartered Secretary and Chartered Manager. Greg has combined his technical qualifications with his strong background in reporting, budgeting, finance, and business process improvement, and also with his strong analytical skills and computer systems experience.

Greg has the ability and experience to manage the job end-to-end - to analyse the business needs, design the requirements, implement the solution, manage the project team, and train the end users.
